Marian Lee

 

Marian has advised physicians on their employment agreements for over a decade. She has extensive experience with counseling professionals on how to negotiate with potential employers, and is dedicated to helping her physician clients advance in their careers. 

A native of Southern California, she began her career at Bryan Cave, one of the largest and most respected international law firms.  Marian is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an alumna of the Business Law specialization program at UCLA Law.

Prior to founding Vital Contract Analysis, she was the Assistant Director of Career Services for recent graduates of professional programs at the University of California.  She now regularly gives guest lectures on the topics of employment contracts, negotiation, and setting up professional medical corporations to medical residency programs and other healthcare professional schools.

Katherine Sharif

 

Katherine has spent the past decade working with startup companies, as well as with several large international corporations in the field of contract analysis. Prior to the founding of Vital Contract Analysis, Katherine specialized in legal contract analysis, where she gave in-depth advice to both individual and corporate clients. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, she has also been involved in the founding and operation of multiple startups. Katherine has extensive experience helping her clients interpret and apply legal principles, and is dedicated to guiding her clients towards achieving their best career outcomes.
